Here is one story I want to share
My company is based in Pune, India
One of our US customers wanted to build offshore team in India
They have all the existing team members working remotely from all over the world
However, they had a very peculiar requirement – team with a specific skillset should be built from specific area in India, that is in Bhubaneswar, India
Initially I was a bit skeptical as it was completely new region for us. But…Challenge accepted, flew to Bhubaneswar, did the local team building there
It was an amazing experience.. Just loved the people there and also liked the place
Believe me, our team in Bhubaneswar is very close to my heart.
Now, apart from Bhubaneswar, we also have other skills team members located in different states in India
