Here is one story I want to share on interesting incidence on Language.
We had one customer from South Korea. The project was related Robots called Roboids.
Very High Tech work, it involved Robot taking all the instructions from Internet and executing fast so that one does not notice the lag/delay
For the initial meeting, been to Seoul and got involved into a technical discussion
it was a difficult discussion as we could not understand as lot of Korean words during the discussion
From the customer side also, they started doubting our capabilities.
After some time, got up and started drawing diagrams on a board, suddenly the discussion started getting smooth.
We could communicate our understanding effectively using pictorials and diagrams.
Higher management from the customer were pleased and treated us with nice lunch.
From that point onwards, we made all the documents either as videos or as presentation with screen shots with least amount of text in it.
So that we an interesting learning for us.
